TIMEKEEPER DOWNLOADS

Timekeeper provides the tools professional services companies need for their employees to record time and expenses while working on projects – both in the office and on the road. Timekeeper eliminates the need for paper time sheets, and makes the time and billing process more efficient and accurate. Timekeeper integrates Time and Billing Professional and Time and Billing Standard; it also integrates with the Sage 100 Payroll, Job Cost, Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules.

Time and Billing Solutions provides downloads that will install full-functional demo versions of our software. These solutions will function for 30 days after which you must apply a license key to continue using the software.

Please see the compatible Service Pack Matrix to validate if your service pack is supported with this version of Time and Billing Professional that you plan to download. To upgrade from a previous version of Time and Billing Professional, additional installation/configuration steps are necessary. Please see the upgrade instructions before starting the upgrade process.

Please note: Timekeeper (TK) is only compatible with Sage 100 32-bit version. Do not install Timekeeper in Sage 100 64-bit version.  SWK Technologies will not be held liable when Timekeeper is installed into Sage 100.

• Paperless Office for invoicing and e-filing is now available for Time and Billing Professional (T2) in Sage 100 32-bit only version 2022 (7.10), 2023 (7.20) and 2024 (7.30).
• Time and Billing Professional (T2) is compatible on Sage 100 64-bit version 2023 (7.20) and Sage 100 64-bit version 2024 (7.30) Except for Paperless Office Email functionality. Paperless Office PDF creation is supported in Sage 100 64- bit.
• Timekeeper is only compatible on Sage 100 32-bit versions 2024 (7.30) and older.
• Since Windows 11 Pro and Enterprise are not recommended for Sage 100 2024 32-bit due to unresolved issues in the Microsoft Print Server and Sage 100 2024 64-bit is recommended for Windows 11 operating systems, refer to Sage’s Supported Platform Matrix for more details.
