Time and Billing Intelligence represents our newest solution in the Time and Billing Solutions portfolio. Time and Billing Intelligence provides the tools needed to do deep analysis into the clients, engagements, and employees billed through Time and Billing Professional and Time and Billing Standard.

Using the provided dashboards, you can gain insight into employee utilization and backlog, review which projects are on or off budget, which projects are most profitable, or where your service revenue is generated. What’s more, dashboards include simple filters for adjusting the time period you want to review; and if you need to do deeper analysis, views easily export to Microsoft Excel© where you can review and build your own reports from the data.

DASHBOARDS THAT PROVIDE INFORMATION - NOT DATA

Face it, there is a lot of data in your Sage 100cloud/Sage 100 system, but you don’t need data – you need information you can act on. Time and Billing Intelligence is designed to provide the information that most project managers and business owners need to better manage engagements and employees. EASILY TWEAK INFORMATION VIEWS OR EXPORT TO EXCEL FOR CUSTOM ANALYSIS

Time and Billing Intelligence allows you to tweak views to easily present information in the manner you need. You can add columns to views, adjust the order in which columns display, or sort views based on selected columns. Many views allow you to build pivot tables to sort and present information grouped as you need it.

Want to do your own deeper analysis or apply formulas to do what if analysis? Time and Billing Intelligence includes to tools needed to export the data on views to Microsoft Excel*, where you can further manipulate the data, build your own pivot tables, or add columns with custom formulas.

*Microsoft Excel is not included with Time and Billing Intelligence; you must purchase a Microsoft Excel license from Microsoft Corporation to view and manipulate Excel files exported from Time and Billing Intelligence.

EASY TO DEPLOY

Time and Billing Intelligence is easy to deploy – you can literally be up and running in minutes. We include installation/configuration wizards that walk you through the installation and configuration process.

What’s more, Time and Billing Intelligence uses a Microsoft SQL Server database to run analysis and generate the dashboards and views. Don’t have a Microsoft SQL Server? No problem, our installation wizard provides the tools needed to install Microsoft SQL Server Express for you, or it is flexible enough to allow advanced users to point to a database instance of their choosing.

DON’T SEE INFORMATION THAT YOU WANT? NO PROBLEM

The Dashboards in Time and Billing Intelligence include graphical tools that quickly take data and present you with actionable information. However, you may have unique needs; and we are here to help. Time and Billing Intelligence dashboards can easily be customized or whole new dashboards created to provide you with the custom information you want; not just from Time and Billing Solutions, but Sage 100cloud/Sage 100, an external database, or other data sources as well!
